You may exchange any product purchased at our website within 14 days from the day products were received. All items must be accompanied by proof of purchase, and in an unopened, sale-able condition. Defective or used products will not be accepted back.
At Puka Tutis, our goal is to satisfy our customers and teach of the numerous benefits and lost knowledge that herbs can provide. We will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit card (or PayPal) for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of the date of purchase, accompanied by proof of purchase, and in unopened, sale-able condition.
We may issue cash refunds, store credit, or gift cards equaling the purchase value, in which you will be able to purchase other products at our website. Any return of product or service cancellation will charge you an administrative cancellation fee of 5% of the product or service’s total monetary value. In scenarios in which a customer received additional products as a ‘gift’ from us, these aforementioned ‘gifts’ should be returned as well in order to proceed with the refund process. We will not provide a refund for products received for free or as a gift. Cost of returns is not refunded. Only the person who executed the final purchase may cancel the order, not the recipient, and any credit will be provided by the original payment method, Credit Card or PayPal. Canceling online purchases before the items are delivered will not require any additional payment, and you will receive a full refund including cost of shipping. In the scenario that you cancel your order after the product has been delivered, whether received by you or not, you will receive a full refund minus shipping costs, regardless of prior entitlement to free shipping. In any case of the returned item’s condition not meeting our requirements as listed above, the customer will not receive a refund at all. Puka Tutis has the ultimate legitimate judgment in regards to the returned item’s condition.
