  • Do we offer expedited shipping?

    Currently, we only offer domestic shipping through USPS's First Class Package service, which is typically a 2-3 business day wait period. Due to COVID-19 and its effect on USPS, shipping times may be increased. We are looking into adding expedited shipping in the near future!
  • Can I track order status?

    Upon purchase, we will send you a confirmation email. You may click, 'view your order', to view any updates. You'll also receive a shipment notification via email when your order is ready to ship. This email will contain a USPS tracking number so you can watch in excitement as our products make their way to you!
  • How often do you ship?

    We are incredibly excited to share our magic and knowledge with you; this is the ultimate purpose of why we created Puka Tutis. However, all of our items are intricate and handmade to order, and a lot of time and care go into every single one of my creations! Because of this, we will always ship your purchase within 3 to 5 business days!
  • What if I need my package to arrive on a certain date?

    We can't guarantee that a package will arrive on a specific date. This is due to possible carrier delays (especially during COVID-19), that are completely out of our control. Luckily, most of our orders are delivered within 2-3 business days once shipped. 
  • Where does Puka Tutis ship to?

    Puka Tutis ships to all domestic (US) addresses, including military. We also ship internationally via USPS's First Class Package International Service. For your convenience, countries with known issues at customs that may result in the rejection or delay of your shipment are: Spain, France, Mexico and most of Latin America. Puka Tutis is not responsible for any shipments held at customs. Puka Tutis is also not responsible for any additional duty or customs fees.
