Great experience
Puka is a great teacher, she is helpful and her 1:1 support is always kind and considerate. I appreciate the opportunity to create and work toward mastery of a skill in a quasi formal/informal setting with more personalized teaching. I’m taking more classes for sure.

This set of classes is exceptional. Small classes make for more time and focus on particular needs. You always get support with fine tuning. The music is great. Everyone was kind and encouraging. Loved learning a new skill and practicing toward mastery. It’s a bit uncomfortable at first to get everything down but feedback is immediate and really helpful. I’m definitely moving on to the full semester.

Puka’s class is wonderful! Every week, I looked forward to visiting her studio. The studio is a very comfortable environment, with great music playing and everything you need to succeed at creating lovely pottery. Puka is an excellent instructor. Before taking her class I could barely throw a small cylinder. After completing the beginner course I can now confidently throw 8inch cylinders as well as many other forms. I am excited for where my pottery journey will take me and I am incredibly grateful for Puka’s guidance. 10/10

Being a complete newbie to ceramics, I was a bit nervous but Puka immediately calmed my nerves the moment I entered her studio. She is so kind, welcoming, and patient. She instructed me step-by-step and was always there to answer any questions that I had. I am looking forward to taking her class again and highly recommend to anyone of all ages!
